Artificial Intelligence

AI tools are not inherently considered academic dishonesty. However, you may only employ AI assistance on course assignments if you have received explicit permission from your instructor.

While using the Services, our Customers should:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to privacy, intellectual property, anti-spam, and taxation.
  • Provide accurate and complete information, and promptly notify us of any updates.
  • Use the Website and its Services in a lawful, responsible, and appropriate manner at all times. The mass or automated use of the AI Tools (e.g., via bots or scripts) is strictly prohibited.

In addition, you agree not to, nor to assist or encourage others to:

  • Disrupt the Service: Interfere with other users’ experiences or activities on the Website.
  • Share Prohibited Content: Post or distribute any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise offensive material.
  • Impersonate Others: Use another person’s identity or personal information without their explicit consent.
  • Exploit Minors: Involve anyone under the age of majority in activities that take advantage of their status.
  • Facilitate Academic Dishonesty: Employ the Services to cheat, such as completing assignments, drafting papers, taking quizzes, or performing work on behalf of a student.
  • Breach Institutional Policies: Violate the academic integrity or conduct rules of any educational institution or employer, including unlawful applications of AI technologies in higher education institutions without proper authorization.
  • Introduce Malware: Upload or distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other harmful code.
  • Infringe Intellectual Property: Violate the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Amendments to this Code

We may update this Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review it periodically for changes. Continued use of our Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
